Assistant Manager - Civil

Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 7 + years of experience in construction project execution, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day civil engineering activities, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines. Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction methodologies. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project teams for seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Monitor construction materials and ensure adherence to project requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, site records, and measurement sheets. Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction activities. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Verify contractor bills and certify completed work quantities. Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and company policies. Support cost control initiatives and assist in monitoring project budgets. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil). 7+ years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction projects. Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and site management. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and structural plans.
