Assistant Manager - Technical Services (Construction)

Job Description Overview : Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers, proactive sampling, speedy complaint resoltion, maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers, maintain customer activity calender. Job Description : Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results. Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints. Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site. Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site. Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions. Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance. Periodic Engage with Sika authorised applicator baseTechnical Product persentation at customer site/ office Qualifications BE / Diploma Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Construction Chemicals. Must have good technical knowledge.
